Broke 54 in the 400 at SECs. Five years of 5am alarms in one lap — and you all were screaming from the stands.

Why I play

Four hundred meters, ten hurdles — it's the most honest race there is. No teammate to cover for you, nowhere to hide. Just me, the clock, and whether I put in the work. I made the Olympic Trials final at 21, youngest in the field. I'm not satisfied with that. I want the team, and then I want the podium.

Help me get better

Pro track doesn't pay until you're top-three in the country — but the training to get there costs now. When you back a card, here's where it goes:

  • Block-start and hurdle-rhythm work with a private coach
  • Physio and recovery so my body survives a full season
  • Travel and entry fees for the meets that get me ranked
  • A nutritionist — fueling a 400 hurdler is its own science
  • Spikes and gear; a season eats through them fast

Every card pays for a step toward the Olympic team.
